Thirty-six cells turn every attempt into a long game, closer to a session of patience than a sprint. The width invites you to relax, and that is exactly the trap: tiles scatter and the order slips away without you noticing.

How it's played

You swipe to pair up equal numbers on a generous board that takes a very long time to fill. Since each move adds a tile, the key to this mode is holding your structure together across a great many turns until the 8192 is forged.

Strategy

Split the board mentally into quadrants and finish one off before you let it mix with the next.
Sweep up the small tiles every so often so they do not end up scattered across the whole field.
When in doubt, play the move that packs tiles tightest towards your zone of order, even if it merges nothing.
